Research Interests

​Studying molecular mechanisms involved in Plant-Bacterial, Yeast-Yeast and Yeast-Bacterial interactions using transcriptomics and proteomics based techniques; Changes in metabolic profile due to microbial interactions; Microbial diversity under different environmental conditions; Use of Mutagenesis to identify potential microbial factors involved in Plant-Bacterial symbiotic interactions; Microbial Co-evolutionary studies
