Research Interests

With the recent advancement in next generation sequencing technologies, I am interested to use genomics and bioinformatics as a tool to help accelerate scientific discovery both in the field of plant science and on a broader scale across life sciences. Particularly in the integrative approach of combining genomics with powerful genetics and statistics methods to in big data problems.
