Alice Stra is interested in understanding the regulation of lycopene-beta-cyclase (LCYB) and beta-carotene-hydroxylase (BCH) in rice by using CRISPR technologies. She is also conducting research to elucidate the role of receptor-like protein kinase (RLPK) in zaxinone perception in rice.
