Research Interests

Luis Fernando Rivera Serna's current interests in bioinformatics are focused on (1) the generation of new biological databases from omics research in plants, (2) optimizing the usage of HPC environments for biological data analysis, (3) the usage of advanced visualization tools for structural variation researches, and (4) the discovery of new agronomical interest molecules using machine learning algorithms.
